  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order has been successfully placed.


2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within eligible areas.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the courier service’s tracking system.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately.

  • We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.


7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • SkyMart is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability or incorrect information, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

  • Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.


9. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please:

    • Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged

    • Or report it within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos)

  • We will assist with replacement or refund according to our policy.


10. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping (unless stated otherwise).
